Who we are
RoamDecide publishes travel information and comparisons at roamdecide.com. For privacy requests, contact thanh@roamdecide.com.
Information you provide
When you email us about an inquiry, correction or partnership, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. Please do not send sensitive identity or payment information.
Website operation and hosting
RoamDecide uses WordPress and Hostinger hosting. Technical information such as IP addresses, device and browser details, and access records may be processed to serve, maintain and protect the website.
Analytics, cookies and consent
We use Google Analytics 4 via Google Site Kit to understand website usage, and Google Search Console for search performance reporting. Site Kit’s Google Consent Mode is enabled, with default denied consent signals for its configured European regions. Our cookie-management tool is Complianz. Some optional technologies may rely on your choices, and behavior can differ by region. You can revisit available choices using the Cookie preferences link in the website footer.
Hostinger Reach also loads a third-party script. Metricool is installed on the site, although its visitor-side collection behavior has not been independently verified. The availability of a consent banner and its settings does not guarantee that every third-party integration is correctly blocked or that all applicable privacy requirements have been met. We are continuing to verify these integrations.
External links and affiliates
We may link to travel services operated by other organizations. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. If a link is monetized through an affiliate program, we disclose that relationship on relevant pages and in our Affiliate Disclosure. We do not state that affiliate tracking is active unless its integration is verified.
Use and sharing of information
We use information submitted to us to respond to messages and review editorial corrections. Technical data may be processed by service providers supporting hosting, security and analytics. We do not operate a business model of selling visitors’ personal information. This does not mean that third-party cookies or transfers can be ruled out without checking the active services.
Retention and security
We retain correspondence and technical data only as reasonably needed for their purposes, subject to legal, security and operational requirements. Retention settings vary by provider and are under review. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or information about processing, and to withdraw applicable consent. Contact thanh@roamdecide.com. We will consider requests in accordance with applicable law. Necessary website cookies may remain active even when optional cookies are rejected. Changes
We will update this policy when our tools, processing practices or applicable requirements change.
